Terms of service

Operator: EgerGroup.

Service

FORGE generates videos, scripts, voice-overs, thumbnails and clips from your input. Credits are reserved before a job and charged for what renders; failed jobs are refunded.

Your content

You are responsible for the ideas, uploads and texts you provide and must hold the rights to uploaded media. Do not create content that infringes rights, impersonates real people or violates law.

Purchases and refunds

Purchases are processed by Polar as merchant of record. You agree that the service starts immediately and that the right of withdrawal expires for credits you use. Unused credits can be refunded.

Availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service during the beta.
